Pizzeria Add'o Figl e Michele — Restaurant in Naples

We found this place by mistake while we were waiting to check-in at the hotel. We ate here in our first day of the trip and came back in the last one after we ate at different restaurants through Napoli. To be honest, it’s the best pizza we ate in the few days that we stayed in this amazing city. We tried the famous L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele in the Old Town on our first visit to Napoli, which was certainly tasty. Not to be confused with this place, however, the Pizzeria Add'o Figl e Michele, which was recommended by our AirBnB host when we returned two weeks later. We all agreed it was far better! No waiting for a table, quick and friendly service, better crust, and delicious flavor....

MALE…metto tre stelle sulla fiducia data alla parola di molte persone che mi hanno parlato bene di questa pizzeria ma io francamente ho provato una margherita (3,5€) mediocre. Purtroppo per me ho mangiato una delle mie più brutte pizze da quando sono a Napoli e mi fa strano visto il nome che porta la pizzeria. L’impasto non si scioglie di bocca quando addenti la pizza e anzi ho provato un fastidioso effetto biscotto cercando invece la morbidezza nel morso. Pomodoro e mozzarella inoltre mi hanno lasciato indifferenti (non aveva una buona qualità). In sala saremmo state 15 persone e ho visto aspettare fino troppo inoltre il servizio lascia a decisamente a desiderare, posate non date e cameriere piuttosto frettoloso e sbadato.
