Terrazza Ramè Experience — Restaurant in Naples

While staying at this beautiful hotel the wife and I decided to go upstairs and dine at this restaurant without knowing our expectations. We are first time international travelers and this was our first stop traveling Italy. We take the elevator to the restaurant and see how gorgeous and clean the restaurant looked along with the amazing view of Mount Vesuvius.

We asked the staff if we needed reservations and told us they had availability and sat us immediately asking us if we want to relax at the lounge first then proceed towards the dinner area which we agreed too. We enjoyed a few drinking admiring the breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius and after an hour proceeded with dinner.

We moved to the dinner area and were waited on immediately with fast and friendly service. The food was absolutely amazing from the tempura prawns to the lobster pasta and the ending desert of tiramisu which was so incredibly delicious. The staff doesn’t get enough credit for the amazing job they did and the manager was very attentive and friendly with everybody going table to table checking on every customer and asking about their dishes. We loved every minute of it and left knowing that was one of the best dining experiences we ever had.

We want to thank the restaurant for making our first international dinner memorable and look forward to coming back...

Miinus... First - lighting. You feel you in the airport cafe. Is not good light for dinner. It's too high. Second - wine...wine should be at the right temperature. was a bit warm. Food - it's probably not the first day of this kitchen for this team. But - meat is in the wrong condition cooked. Ok. They improved. Spaghetti vongole a bit solty. If you ask me. And oliolive oil? Butter is better for spaghetti. For my opinion. Olive oil is cutting test for clams. And....Nobody's served your...

Absolutely wonderful experience!

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind – it really added to the overall atmosphere of the place. You could tell they cared about their guests.
