Tucked away from the main square and in a quiet street of Nescemi in Sicily lies this restaurant SUD EST BIRRA & PIZZA. We had a great chat when we went in with the host and we came to know that they have locally made beer. We had a taste session where we were presented with the 4 beer products they produce. As for the pizza it was as good as the beer we had, thus making our evening a great one. The only thing that I gave a 4 star instead of 5 for service, is that there were some tiny details that could be improved easily. Sono stato di recente in questa pizzeria e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Già dall'accoglienza si percepisce un'atmosfera davvero piacevole. Il proprietario e i camerieri si distinguono per la loro gentilezza e professionalità, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti, cosa che apprezzo moltissimo. Ma veniamo al cuore della serata: la pizza! L'impasto è leggero e saporito, gli ingredienti di alta qualità e la cottura perfetta. Ogni morso è un piacere. A completare il tutto, la selezione di birre artigianali, da loro prodotte, è davvero notevole. Ho avuto modo di assaggiarne diverse, tutte di altissimo livello e perfette per accompagnare le pizze. È chiaro che c'è una ricerca attenta dietro la loro carta delle birre, il che eleva ulteriormente l'esperienza culinaria. L'ottima impressione è stata tale che il giorno dopo sono tornato con altre persone, desideroso di far provare anche a loro questa piacevole scoperta. E anche la seconda visita ha confermato la qualità e la cortesia che avevo riscontrato inizialmente.
