Tradition in a contemporary key Excellent choice of raw materials from home-made pasta to expertly selected and processed meat. Not easy to choose from a rich and varied menu.....we opted for the spaghettone with ‘ricciola’ and black cabbage and a tagliatella with ‘ragù di Corte’ ....we recommend trying them Equally for the super tender fillet flavoured with truffles..... We'll be back to try the Fiorentina ....one of their specialities Unfortunately they had run out of the three-chocolate mousse ....so we ordered the apple and rosemary tart.....a poem of flavours! We loved I! …to try with Licuze liqueur.... Kind and caring staff.... A word of advice: a few sound-absorbing panels and inviting diners to a less noisy tone would create an even more pleasant...

I had the absolute best Italian dining experience at Osteria Nonna Pina with a friend. The food was nothing short of amazing—full of authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt like a trip to Italy.

The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They were not only helpful but also very knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and pairing suggestions. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both like a valued guest and part of the family.

Non conosco bene Padova e trovandomi a un meeting ho chiesto a più persone dove allloggiavo e mi hanno consigliato in tanti questo ristorante . Arriviamo e già dall entrata si intravede quello che sarà la serata Carni a vista frollate , tagli di alto livello , di tutto e di più , brace accesa . Ci sediamo in un ambiente caldo e accogliente , spicca all occhio l attenzione del cliente da parte dello staff , menù alla mano e si comincia a studiare . Optiamo per tartare al carrello preparata magistralmente di fronte a noi , per seguire poi con spaghettone felice , burro affumicato con bresaola di cervo prodotta da loro e panure di erbette. Un viaggio sensoriale ,la bresaola ha un gusto che ricorderò’ molto bene ,quel burro affumicato !!!! una preparazione del piatto magistrale, veramente ottimo … non nascondo che avrei fatto il bis!!!!! In attesa del secondo , avevo voglia di qualcosa di fresco e mi viene proposto un gin tonic ho molto apprezzato perché quando c è professionalità e attenzione si coccola il cliente per tutta la cena . Proseguiamo la cena TATAKI DI CONTROFILETTO DI BOVINO WAGYU A5 JAPAN- KAGOSHIMA (150 gr) Fantastica !!!!!!😎 E Filetto di manzo alla brace cotto a mestiere veramente Top Non nascondo che in posti come questi vorresti assaggiare e provare più di un piatto , perche il livello di questo posto è molto alto. Entriamo in confidenza con il Proprietario , una persona spettacolare che ci fa provare un Sake di un altro pianeta.accompagnato poi dal loro mitico tiramisù . E’ stata una cena che ricorderò per molto tempo , ovviamente fino a quando ritornerò a Padova !!! Un apprezzamento speciale va a tutto lo staff specialmente ad Alessia e Andrea per la loro simpatia gentilezza e professionalità uniche , che hanno accompagnato la nostra cena rendendola indimenticabile .
