Struttura in posizione abbastanza isolata. Locale in buone condizioni ma nulla di eccezionale, arredamento semplice e minimal. Menù semplice, piatti tradizionali ma porzioni molto contenute. Nel piatto dell’antipasto c’era una ricottina, un crocche’ immangiabile perché pieno di pecorino, una fetta di fior di latte, una fetta di prosciutto, una di capicollo e una di pancetta, per finire un pezzo di frittata bruciata. Pasta insipida, senza sale e con porcini che sembravano congelati perché non si sentiva il gusto. Secondo buono con patate ben condite. Torta costituita da un pan di Spagna fatto in casa con glassatura di zucchero che ho solo assaggiato. Il menù descritto era quello di una cena aziendale costituita da 91 partecipanti a fronte della prenotazione per una aspettativa di 150 coperti. Il titolare ha richiesto il pagamento di 150 menù nonostante ne fossero stati consumati 91 perché “aveva fatto la spesa per 150 persone “, scelta a mio parere discutibile ma più che altro mi chiedo… se devo pagare per 60 coperti in più allora come minimo voglio porzioni abbondanti e la possibilità per gli ospiti di fare bis e tris delle pietanze.
