Comically small portions. On the photo we have already eaten a bit of it, but the white one is still in original amount. Ridiculous. It's supposed to be medium size ice cream.

The other day I had dubai style ice cream which surprised me. The pistachio crust was good, probably inhouse made. So the next time I only asked for small ice cream, which allows you to get 2 flavours. But I only wanted one - Dubai - in a bigger portion (because you know, I only wanted 1 flavour). When the ice cream was handed to me I wasn't sure if the guy understood my intentions, because it was made sure the portion doesn't stick out of the cup at all. I said "is that all?" to which he replied "I thought you only wanted one flavour". I said "yeah, obviously, to get a bigger portion of the Dubai flavour." So he took it back and added more, at least, but I am really uncomfortable with this. They are trying to rip off tourists, so they don't deserve a nice review. I recommend everyone to go to Porto Recanati instead. They have 2 big gelaterias in there (actually 4 big ones, but the same owners). Bigger choice, portions and...

Gelato mediocre, molto zuccheroso. Coppette piccole con gelato strabordante fuori che cade e cola continuamente. Prezzi troppo elevati, ma soprattutto personale maleducato ed inefficiente. Racconto la mia esperienza negativa: Chiediamo di mangiare una coppa di gelato seduti al tavolo, ci rispondono che il servizio apre alle 17. Mancano meno di dieci minuti e decidiamo (dopo aver chiesto) di aspettare, accomodandoci ad un tavolino. Passate le 17 chiediamo se possiamo ordinare ma ci rispondono che la titolare che apre la parte bar e servizio al tavolo non è arrivata. A questo punto decidiamo di consumare una coppetta di gelato presa al banco perché non sapevano quando effettivamente sarebbe arrivata la titolare per aprire (ci dicono che a volte ritarda un quarto d'ora, a volte mezz'ora... perché ha un bimbo piccolo). Quando stavamo ormai finendo il nostro gelato, ci hanno detto in modo anche abbastanza sgarbato che dovevamo alzarci (tutti i tavoli erano vuoti) perché dovevano preparare ed apparecchiare per il servizio al tavolo (quello che avremmo voluto fare noi) e che i tavoli predisposti per consumare il gelato preso al banco erano altri (potevano magari avvisarci prima quando ci hanno visto che ci sedevamo visto che non ci sembra fosse scritto da nessuna parte?!?). Risultato: ci siamo dovuti alzare frettolosamente mentre stavamo per finire, con il gelato in mano grondante, raccogliendo di fretta tutto perché anche chiedendo se potevamo almeno terminare ci hanno risposto di no. Nn sarebbe stato strettamente necessario farci spostare perché tutti i tavoli erano vuoti e nel giro di pochi minuti ci saremmo alzati da soli. Invece di scusarsi per il mancato servizio richiesto a causa del loro ritardo di apertura (che può succedere per carità e non sarebbe stato un problema per noi se dall' altra parte ci fosse stata un po' di educazione), siamo stati trattati in malo modo. Davvero una brutta esperienza. Non torneremo più e certo consiglieremo...

Decent ice cream (don’t expect anything exceptional) but table service is slow and lacking.

We waited half an hour to order just 3 cups of ice cream, we had to wave for a waitress a couple of times to get noticed, then waited another half an hour for them to arrive, but one was still missing.

The waitress apologised but after another 10 minutes we still hadn’t got the missing ice cream cup.

In the end we had to get up and complain at the bar to have our ice cream.
