The service started fantastic when the staff created place for 11 of us. Consigliato da un'amica come il bar dove gustare il miglior mojito della riviera del Conero, ha decisamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative sia come cocktail sia come cibo. Si può scegliere tra aperitivo classico o apericena di pesce. Io ho scelto quest'ultimo. Inizi con 6 assaggi misti: partiamo da una polentina con sugo di pesce, risotto ai gamberi e mozzarelline con alici, per finire con pollo al curry e cocco (io adoro questa abbinata), insalata di feta e olive (un po' di Grecia ci sta sempre bene) e dei quadratini di omelette e asparagi. La seconda tranche è ancora meglio: filetto di spada affumicato con aceto balsamico, salmone marinato con arancia e croissant salato con gambero di polpa di granchio (forse quello che mi è piaciuto meno).
