First , the low score is for food and service but mainly service . They were busy with a big party , so maybe give them some slack , but when you have food brought out , over 15 minute apart for the main dishes , and then have food semi raw , which has to be sent back , taking another 10 minutes …. Then we waited over 45 minutes to order deserts . After that they brought limoncello which looked great , but no glasses to drink it from ! At that we gave up , got up , paid and left .

I’m sure if they had more staff who were better trained , we would have had a better time , and if they were not so busy the food would have all come out together , but I’m making excuses , and clearly this place has been running a long time , so they should know how to cope … it’s a shame , but definitely not 5 starts or even 4

Good points The gnocchi was great as was the tagliatelle. The deserts were good too . But the mixed grill looked like fatty scraps , and the steaks ( asked for medium ) were cooked on one side , and raw - see the picture . Would have been 5 starts if the service and food had been spot on .

The menu is all on line , and google won’t let me post the pictures for some reason . Starters were between 7-15 euro . Skewer- 25 euro Steaks - 32 euro Fries...

A disaster in so many ways! The place is basically a factory for stuffing tourists with piles of cheap meat. The meat, I’ve heard, is quite alright still, but we never got to taste it because it took the staff 50min to deliver the first courses, and even there mine arrived 10min before my partner’s. All of that long after everyone else on the table had finished eating. Everyone’s dishes arrived at random points, the staff constantly put stuff on our table that we hadn’t ordered, starting with the very first thing - the wine. It was a constant mess from start to finish. After our first courses finally arrived, 10min apart, they brought also the meat about 2min after the second course and then tried to hide it back. The staff was all around confused and incompetent. After we finally got the manager / owner to discuss what was happening, she made a little offering on the house to calm the spirits but the evening was pretty much ruined at that time.. Judging from the impressions around, we weren’t the only ones having issues. Worse yet, one of the staff members was trying to make ridiculous excuses over our shoulder.. Change all the staff and it might become a decent place, but I guess that’s not the idea...

Esperienza serale. premetto che per quanto riguarda il cibo avrei dovuto mettere 5 stelle,ma devo stare meno abbondante x CiÒ che ci e' successo: Posto molto molto carino ma credo da dover gestire meglio!! Arriviamo e ci "schiaffano" in un tavolo da 9 mentre erAvamo solo 3(io mio marito e mio figlio),in un tavolo che poi ho capito xke era vuoto fuori dalla tettoia....dicendo che a disposizione c'era solo quello (in verità dopo poco se ne liberano altri 3/4 ma nessuno ci ha detto nulla). Noi avevamo chiesto dentro o quanto meno sotto la veranda e il cameriere scocciato ci ha detto che quello c'era se volevamo altrimenti nulla!!! E va bene. Accanto a noi un tavolo tondo da 6 che dopo poco si alzano e se ne vanno!!! Xké....??? Il fumo del barbecue che veniva dalla cucina adiacente il lato dove ci avevano posizionato ti investiva in maniera tale da chiederti abc g e tu stesso se eri diventato una salsiccia o eri sempre tu. Dopo 3/4 volte che mio marito faceva di cenno x poter ordinare arriva una cameriera più fuori di un balcone....quando mio marito le ordina il secondo da lui scelto, dove nel menu cera scritto che c'erano anche verdure grigliate gli chiede con insistenza se voleva anche il contorno perché il quel piatto avrebbe trovato solo "un pezzo di pane, un pezzo di salsiccia e un pezZo di ciccia". Mio marito che voleva anche le verdure a sto punto le ordina a parte ma sorpresa....quando arriva il piatto c'erano tutte le verdure grigliate come da menu....(ma questa e fuori di testa!!!!!) Glielo volevamo quasi chiedere come era messa....se voleva farci pagare a tutti i costi 5euro in più avrei preso il dolce!!!!! Vabbe... preso l'ordine, alla fine le chiedo gentilmente se era possibile cambiare di tavolo visto che sono incinta e la pizza di barbecue che mi invadeva ogni3x2 mi faceva quasi schifo!!! Lei mi ha risposto che se gliel'avessi chiesto prima nn c'era problema invece adesso ormai aveva preso l'ordine x quel tavolo, e quindi poi il suo tablet sarebbe andato in tilt.....COSA??? Hai il tavolo e nn me lo dici tu stessa vista la richiesta iniziale che avevo fatto di star dentro o sotto?e che cosa significa che poi va il tilt il tutto!?!? Alla fine della cena passa un altro cameriere (quello che ci aveva trovato quel tavolo inizialmente) e ci chiede come era andata e mio marito gli ha detto che avremmo preferito un tavolo dove nn sopraggiungeva quel fumo di cavolo, e lui sapere cosa ha risposto??dovevate chiedere a me, nn ci sarebbe stato problema!!! 😤😤 no ma ci fate o ci siete????
