I am a local and I can tell you the food here is exceptional! If you are looking for authentic food with a modern twist that doesn't betray its simple origins...you are in the right place! The owner is extremely young, which makes it all the more important to support him. You can tell that he and the kitchen are extremely passionate and attentive to detail. It is on the pricier side compared to other restaurants in the area, but if you are looking for quality the prices are completely fair and portions are well sized, not too little, not too much. We were a party of 3 and had 2 main dishes, 3 meat dishes and 3 sides + 2 beers and water = 36€ each (we used a coupon available on their site). Chips and goat are to die for! Ps - be sure to ask if they have anything extra on the menu...

I don't know what dimension I stepped into when I walked through the doors of L'artigiano, but I'm convinced it wasn't Earth. This place isn't a restaurant, it's a gastronomic cult, and I've been converted. Run by a battalion of cousins who move with the precision of a FormulaOne pit crew and the warmth of a Sardinian family reunion, L'artigiano is less a business and more a symphony of flavour and love. You don't just eat here-you ascend. The food? I actually wept. The ravioli tasted like it had been hand-stitched by angels. The pane carasau was so crisp it whispered secrets of the island winds. The Nonna's wine flowed like poetry. The desserts made me question my life choices-why had I wasted time eating...

Our experience was that despite the plave was almost empty when we arrived for lunch, the service was very slow and the female waitress was not motivated at all, seemed like a big burden for her to do the job, zero friendliness, not even a tiny politeness smile. Our lamb chops were not cooked to readiness, they were on a very chewy side. Other dishes were okey, but nothing wow. Another table with locals next by also complained about the food and left without finishing their food. Very puzzled with good reviews of this place based on...

We visited this restaurant in Nuoro, in the mountains of Sardinia, without a reservation. They asked us to wait about 20 minutes, and we happily did — because everyone had recommended this place. And it was absolutely worth it! The food was unbelievably delicious, made with incredible local suppliers and top-quality ingredients. It’s true traditional cuisine of this region, served in the most authentic way. Everything was just fantastic — highly recommend!

The food was delicious. The homemade Culurgiones pasta was fabulous, and the cherry on top was the tiramisu dessert. I also can’t forget the local Sardinian beer, which was excellent. But what truly completed the whole experience were the hosts, who were really kind and professional! Thank you for an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely return in the future. Greetings from Slovakia.
