美味しくて2日連続で行きました!住宅街にある庶民的なデリかと思いきや、今まで食べた魚介料理でも最高の新鮮さと美味しさ。食事の美味しさに加え、店主Enzoさんはじめスタッフの方々の人柄にも魅了されます。日本人として旅行中は常に美味しいシーフードを求めていろいろなレストランを探していますが、ここは自分的にミシュラン級。もちろんそれなりの金額を払えば他にも美味しいレストランはあるかもしれませんが、このクオリティでリーズナブルな価格に大満足。一般的な日本の魚介料理ではあまり見ない組み合わせに感動しました。サルディーニャの名物ムール貝のフライはもちろんのこと、カラスミにオレンジ、マグロにパッションフルーツ、またEnzoさん特製のマンゴーソースで食べるスキャンピと甘エビ!サルディーニャ白ワインとの相性も抜群。※魚介盛り合わせについては前日までに予約が必要です。デリメニューのタコサラダなども本当に美味しい。他のレビューでも色々美味しい料理が紹介されていて全部食べたい!と思う感じです。必ずまた来ます!(英語を喋るスタッフもいるしAI翻訳でどうにかコミュニケーションできました。でもイタリア語が話せたらもっと楽しいはず)
I went there two days in a row because it was so delicious! At first, I thought it was just a humble deli tucked away in a residential area, but I was blown away by the freshness and flavor—some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. On top of the amazing food, the warm and welcoming personalities of the owner, Enzo, and the staff make the experience even more special.
As a Japanese traveler, I’m always on the lookout for great seafood wherever I go, and to me, this place is Michelin-level. Sure, you can find other delicious restaurants if you're willing to pay a high price, but the quality here at such a reasonable cost is truly satisfying. I was amazed by the creative combinations you don’t often see in Japanese seafood dishes—everything was a delightful surprise. Of course, the fried Sardinian mussels were excellent, but there were also bottarga with orange, tuna with passion fruit, and scampi and sweet shrimp served with Enzo’s special mango sauce—each one was incredibly flavorful and memorable. Matching with Sardinian white wine was superb. I highly recommend this place! *Note: The seafood platter requires a reservation at least one day in advance.

Devo rammaricarmi del fatto che su 6/7 persone che ci lavorano, solo due ragazze indossavano la mascherina anti-covid. I cuochi non la avevano, gli addetti in cucina nemmeno (tra cui proprietario e moglie). Un cuoco è uscito dalla cucina senza mascherina, ha attraversato lo spazio destinato ai clienti senza mascherina, è rientrato e ha preso il suo posto di cucina senza alcuna disinfezione delle mani. C'era un cartello con scritto max 4 persone per volta e ho dovuto chiedere ai titolari di far rispettare la prescrizione perchè c'erano oltre 10 persone assembrate all'interno. Nessuno verifica o ricorda ai clienti di igienizzare le mani prima di entrare. Il paradosso è che i clienti avevano la mascherina ma i titolari no!
