Ristorante Felix Rooftop — Restaurant in Olbia

Restaurant with a nice view over the city, you can even see the mountains on the horizon. Good appetisers and reasonable prices and choices for wine and prosecco. Service level seemed great at first but something happened.. at one point after serving the first 2 appetisers the service just seemed to lose interest 🤷‍♀️ We sat ca 30min without any attention from the staff- !there were only 4 tables for the staff to serve at that point! We just wanted to order one more appetiser before the main course, because of the long wait we decided to order the last appetiser and the main course at the same time. Apparently not a good choice because it resulted in getting the appetiser and main course at the same time. Main course was unfortunately tasteless and the green oil sauce on the side hade no taste whatsoever. Really sad 😔 this place seemed just great at first. No wonder that only 4 tables of ca 15...

I can only judge the cocktails, but I have to say they were in a league of their own. First of all, the ice: one of the most overlooked ingredients, yet vital to a good cocktail. The cubes were perfectly chilled and did only barely melt while drinking, thus not diluting the taste of the Gin Basil Tonic. Furthermore, it appears to be from soft water as there were no additional bitters from the scarce melting water. Finally, the cocktail itself was nicely balanced between the ingredients and beautifully served. I only wonder why they make it so hard to...
