Ma.Ri.Na — Restaurant in Olgiate Olona

Amazing. I loved dining here at ma.ri.na.

I loved all the raw shrimp and raw lobster and raw scallops and all the seafood on their 7 course tasting menu.

I also shared a 7 course wine pairing to go with all the courses and it was amazing as well.

This place is located in busto arizio near the airport and the Ubers are unreliable. So make sure you rent a car to get to this restaurant. (The owner had to drive us back to our hotel at 12am because the uber drivers kept cancelling on us.)

Totally worth stopping by!

E' SEMPRE AMORE! Era da un pò che non andavo ma si riconferma una scelta eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Questo posto non è certo un ristorante da tutti i giorni, il prezzo del tutto giustificato dall'offerta (cosa di questi tempi rara) non mi permette di poter venire spesso, purtroppo. Ma tutto mi sembra perfetto. Ambiente caldo, accogliente, con la giusta luce, la sensazione di essere in un posto di classe, ma accogliente che non ti fa sentire mai a disagio. (essere fighi e non fare i fighi, insomma) . Personale gentile e preparato, sempre sorridente, presente senza essere assillante, uscita dei piatti, con un tempo che rasenta la perfezione! Non di fretta, lasciando il tempo di assaporare le deliziose proposte dello chef e non lenti da farti annoiare. I consigli azzeccati del responsabile di sala e la materia prima trattata con amore e rispetto e un pizzico di genialità che non guasta e aiuta a farsi ricordare. Ps Non sono loro parente;-) Ho un attività anche io e quando ci vuole ci vuole, perché si ha la penna veloce quando c'è da criticare, ma bisogna ricordarsi che l'impegno e la professionalità vanno premiate ed esaltate. This is really one of the best Michelin star restaurants I've been to, on par with a three-star restaurant. I had maybe 10 different dishes and every single dish was original yet actually amazingly good. Even the desserts. The service is also very friendly and they make you feel at home. Would absolutely recommend for dish lovers, if the taste of the food is what matters...
