At first glance it might seem like a simple roadside bar, but once you find the courage to try it out, you will come back again and again thanks to the unique atmosphere of the place and the first choice of products it offers. You can order from the menu, make requests to the waiter or even create your own dishes at the counter and consume them at the table. Purtroppo, nonostante li frequenti da circa 30 anni (i ricci li ho sempre mangiati lì e senza prenotare), l'organizzazione di quest'anno non si è rivelata delle migliori. Chiamo il giorno prima per prenotare i ricci (un anno è capitato che si sabato non avessero più posto..di giovedì avrò più fortuna,mi son detta), ma dicono sbrigativamente di chiamare dalle 10.30 alle 12.00. Chiamo il giorno dopo, più volte già dalle 10.22 per iniziare a prenotarmi,ma le prenotazioni le prende solo il pescatore. Alle 10.33 richiamo,il pescatore non è arrivato e spiego che vorrei iniziare a prenotarmi per non rimanere senza,ma niente, si parla solo direttamente col pescatore. Mi invitano a chiamare ogni 5 minuti. 10.39 il pescatore non è arrivato,ci sta. Alle 10.50 non risponde più nessuno e il telefono è staccato. Arrivo sul posto prima delle 12, i ricci pescati sono già terminati e se li voglio mi consigliano di recarmi lì sul posto alle 10.30 domani. Faccio presente che il sistema "ad culum" non è professionale e che sarebbe stato più corretto far presente fin da subito che o si è sul posto alle 10.30 o difficilmente si trovano i ricci; il cliente lo mette in conto e si regola di conseguenza, soprattutto se è dal giorno prima che chiama. Mi propongono 30 ricci per venirmi incontro, sottraendoli da una prenotazione di un amico. Declino l'offerta, non li tolgo a qualcun altro per farmi contenta.
