My partner and I dropped in without reservations during our September stay in Tuscany. The host, Giulia, helped us secure a 9pm reservation (likely the last remaining!), and we returned later that evening for what turned out to be an excellent meal. Amazing restaurant! We found this hidden gem just by luck, as we were staying in a hotel up the road. We were amazed by the Michelin-quality food for very reasonable prices. The service was incredible, with little anecdotes about the ideas and inspirations behind the food. The food itself was delicious and authentically italian with some dishes that challenged our norms. This place is the reason I still eat out: they can assemble a tasty and creative dish with everyday ingredients, expertly cooked. Wish I stayed longer in the area to go back once more at least.
