Food is spectacular!! Sorry for not taking more pics... Accompanied by a lovely glass of wine, what else could you ask for?

It's a family run place and everyone was sooo nice with our kids. One of the waiters even spoke Spanish. Made communication much easier (our Italian is very limited). But even without speaking the language - go there - eat - enjoy! An experience for your senses!

Ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis hatten meine Frau und ich am 1.5.2023 mittags in dieser Osteria. Wir bestellten als Vorspeise Spagettini mit Tomatensauce, die völlig geschmacklos schmeckte. Die Tomatensauce war von der Dose. Als Hauptgericht servierte man uns einen nicht gerade frischen Fisch, der völlig ungesalzen war. Die Gemüsebeilage war nicht essbar, da ebenfalls völlig ungesalzen. Alles sehr lieblos und umprofessionell zubereitet. Dafür aber ziemlich teuer. Als besondere Frechheit waren auf der Rechnung 2 Nachspeisen enthalten die wir nicht bestellt hatten. Ebenso ein Getränk welches wir nicht konsumierten. Es folgte eine sehr unangenehme Diskussion mit der Betreiberin der Osteria, die uns keine neue Rechnung ausstellte, sondern die zuviel verrechneten Speisen einfach herausstrich. Touristen sind hier offensichtlich nicht gerne gesehen. Wir verstehen die guten Bewertungen hinsichtlich dieser Osteria nicht. Definitiv kann man in Palmanova weit besser essen. Meidet...
