My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our recent Calabrian visit. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. We had a large room with a stunning and panoramic view of the Straits of Messina and the Aeolian Isles. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities and good wi-fi. Off road secure parking was included. The hostess, Bozena, was marvellous. She helped my husband deal with Alitalia as his baggage was missing on arrival, advised on food at their wonderful restaurant, was always willing to help improve my poor Italian, and provided us with fresh fruit and wonderful breakfasts' every morning. Abbiano scelto questo ristorante leggendo le ottime recensioni sul panorama, ma purtroppo è stata un'esperienza molto negativa. A cominciare dal servizio, eravamo in 3 al tavolo, ma c'erano solo 2 menù (il terzo guardava gli altri due), ma fin lì poco male. Purtroppo la cosa più negativa è stata il cibo. Avevamo proprio voglia di un bel primo con il pesce. Per non sbagliare abbiamo visto le proposte del giorno sulla lavagna e ordinato 2 calamarate ai frutti di mare ed una calamarata con gamberi e pomodorini, anche perché non c'erano altre proposte nel menu, il quale rimandava alla lavagna. La pasta era salatissima e slegata dal piatto. Cozze e vongole erano secche e Purtroppo esperienza molto negativa. I gamberetti, probabilmente surgelati, non si sa nemmeno di cosa sapessero.
