America Graffiti - Pesaro — Restaurant in Pesaro

Run away… Booked for 8:00pm, we had to wait 15 min as they didn’t prepare the table. They came to order the drinks, after 4 choices of beers not available (and so, 4 ways back and forth to the counter to check), I personally had to go and pick up my beer after 40 min waiting! We ordered the food at 8:30 pm, at 10:15 pm, they just realized that they forget to prepare the burger of my daughter and that they made a mistake on my order (seriously???, 1h45 after ordering???!!!). They really don’t care, they are stupidly slow and unprofessional. I was so upset that we just went away without eating (with a bill of 90€ for 6 people, incl 3 kids menus!!!), and we went to Mac Donald’s (much cheaper, much faster, as unhealthy). Just one advise, choose another restaurant. This one is...

Problema maggiore? Il manager di sala. Sono stata a cena con il mio compagno, senza prenotazione, essendo sabato sera ed essendo del mestiere ci aspettavamo che il servizio sarebbe potuto essere di scarsa qualità, vista la mole, a parte questo, l'unica stella (obbligatoria) va alla ragazza che ci ha preso l'ordine, molto brava e professionale, per il resto ripeto, la colpa è tutta del personal manager, che si è preoccupato solo per un tavolo di due suoi amici (visto il saluto che si sono scambiati), arrivati molto dopo di noi ed altri, ma che sono Stati serviti quasi subito, da lui in persona, per il resto totalmente menefreghista e di conseguenza i ragazzi in sala totalmente allo sbando, cibo discreto per chi non ha troppe pretese. Quello che ha peggiorato ancora di più le cose è stato il volume eccessivamente alto della musica, (cosa che non c'era appena arrivati), soprattutto per noi che eravamo sotto la cassa, tra l'altro América graffiti so che ha una sua radio essendo una catena, qui invece è stata messa PESSIMA musica da YOUTUBE e ripeto, DECISAMENTE TROPPO ALTA, tanto che era anche impossibile conversare. Disorganizzazione mai vista prima, all'arrivo degli antipasti non avevamo ne posate, ne tovaglioli, quando ne abbiamo chiesti ci sono arrivate posate monouso di plastica. Quindi invece di pensare a che canzone reaggeton mettere io Consiglio al direttore di sala di smettere di rubare lo stipendio o piuttosto cambiare mestiere e fare il DJ. Una cosa è certa, non torneremo mai più, e sicuramente diffonderemo il verbo, mi dispiace per i ragazzi che corrono avanti e indietro, però se ce ne fosse uno con un po di testa prenderebbe in mano...

It's really good and it's nice to have something that truly reminds me of home.

It's not important but I find it amusing and worth pointing out; there should not be a 'U' in favorite for an American theme restaurant.

For some reason, Italy doesn't do anything right for differing between English and American. 🤣 This isn't the first time I saw a mix-up, in example, a food stall in Pesaro had an American sign and flag up with the words "Fish and chips" instead of "Fish and French fries"
