This place is insane, the view is amazing and very few words are able to describe how cute it actually is. It's a real Trabucco in an unusual and kind of hidden place, which is what makes it so beautiful.

There's a strong lack of a management figure in the staff that would be supposed to coordinate and communicate with the staff. This lack of a director figure causes some delay / misunderstanding in the service which could be made way more efficient.

Not everyone spoke fluent Italian but that didn't really matter that much because they were always nice and caring. That's why coordinating figure would really take it to the next level!

When going back home at night: I advise you don't take the Contrada but rather make a turn before and take the other way that goes in the city nearby because it's safer. The Contrada is a really narrow road with no illumination which is really not advisable to be taken at night It's only 3 minutes difference but it'll save you...

I just saw some bad reviews, sounds like the customers are spoiled children. This is an honest hardworking family who have built this business over the course of a lifetime,. No, I'm not friends with them or family but I've been here over a couple of decades and it is an authentic place. Yes maybe you don't get your AI version of perfect, but I recommend giving up the entitlement and preference for shrinkwrapped cuisine and live a little. Enjoy the surprise and local flare, see what happens.

The positive: Amazing location Superb setting

The negative: We went there as a group and all of us feel cheated on so many levels It started with a very nice appetizer, but then it went downhill dramatically They brought a fish that we didn’t order instead of the one we ordered (a much better one) We protested several times but they didn’t care and put it in the table. We accepted our fate and ate it; it wasn’t a good fish. The salad came after the main courses There was an etiquette of some bottle inside the amaro carafe and when we told them they said ‘no problem’ and didn’t care. The bill had an inflated price for the fish (according to their menu price per kilo the fish must have weighted 1.1 kg which it most certainly didn’t.
