Die Trattoria Loda ist ein klassischer Vertreter dieser Spezies und bereits so betrachtet ein Kleinod, welches in einer solchen Ausprägung in Italien immer seltener wird. Da die nähere Umgebung schmucklos wirkt, wäre die Gefahr für Unwissende sehr hoch, diese Trattoria rechts bzw. links, je nach Fahrtrichtung, liegen zu lassen. Da sich der schöne Gastgarten hinter dem Haus befindet bemerkt man diesen zudem kaum von der Straße aus. Die Inneneinrichtung gibt sich klassisch, sprich über die weiß-grün karierten Stofftischdecken wird eine weiße Schutztischdecke gelegt und darüber hinaus wird dem "Coperto" mit der üblichen Eindeckung Rechnung getragen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Terrazzo-Boden, der über all die Jahrzehnte seines Dienstes nichts von seiner Ausstrahlung verloren hat. Geboten wird Ihnen hier eine äußerst bodenständige Küche, die von der Produktvielfalt der näheren Umgebung sowie der lange währenden Erfahrung der Familie profitiert. Lovely family run restaurant with great home-cooked food and decent prices. While all the dishes are delicious, we always order crespelle as they are specialty of this area while the rabbit and grilled polenta are one of the stars of the secondo piatti menu. But it's all good, very traditional, and reminiscent of the meals I had growing up in an Italian family. In other words, I can't recommend it enough. La trattoria Loda si trova a S.Benedetto di Lugana Viale Indipendenza 23 Peschiera del Garda VERONA Siamo proprio al confine con il comune di Sirmione Brescia e vicino ad altre case di campagna dove si possono ammirare filari di vigneti rigogliosi . .La cucina della trattoria è tipica casalinga Veneta e si possono gustare oltre agli antipasti con salumi formaggi e deliziosa polenta fatta in casa anche primi piatti come le lasagnette al ragù o i tortellini burro e salvia. Come secondo piatto potete scegliere tra numerose portate dal coniglio con polenta fatta in casa alla costata con patate fritte è disponibile il vitello tonnato con zucchine trifolate e numerosi altri piatti. Consiglio il vino bianco Lugana del posto abbinato al baccalà con polenta o altre verdure. Il locale pur essendo semplice è confortevole e pulito alla sera potete cenare all'aperto vicino al grande parcheggio alberato .Come dolce ottima la crostata al limone......
