Wow, this restaurant is a hidden gem. Difficult to reach but when you get there you'll find the Gods of taste. Una locanda di altri tempi. Cucina semplice del territorio con ingredienti genuini, conduzione familare. Locale semplice e sobrio ma molto pulito. Situato nello spendido borgo antico di Pettorano sul Gizio", è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. I piatti sono quelli della tradizione abruzzese. Ottima la polenta "Rognosa" ("bianca", con salciccia e formaggio) e le trofei con orapi ed alici :))) Consigliatissime (punto di forza a nostro avviso) le verdure (la cui disponibilià dipende dalla stagione) come gli orapi, il papavero, il cardo crispino, gli asparagi selvatici ..... a volte ci sono anche i funghi. A cena, fanno anche un ottima pizza (consiglio però di "prenotarla" telefonicamente perche gli impasti sono limitati), molto gustosa e leggera. Da non perdere la crostata fatta in casa.
