Amazing food and staff was super nice! The kimchi is really good.

EDIT: The original review was written 7 months ago, and I gave 5 stars to everything. Having been here a couple more times since, my opinion has changed. While the food is still amazing, I have had many issues with the service. I've had to ask waiters for new cutlery three times before one of them finally remembered and got it for me. The orders will all arrive at separate times even if some are the same exact dish. One time we were waiting for everyone to get their plate, and many things went cold because they took hours in between orders. Some other time they even forgot one of our dishes and we were waiting an hour and a half for it, everyone eating except for one of us, until we reminded them. TL;DR: stick with sushi and ramen.

Miso soup - 2/5 - very watered down. Not enough miso. I can’t even call this miso soup.

Takoyaki - 3/5 - not great but not bad. Good for Italy I suppose.

Edamame 4/5 - pretty good. Strangely it was the last delivered of all our dishes, even though it was an appetizer.

Salmon nigiri (sushi) 4.5/5 - very good. Good cut. Would be hard to find better.

Unagi (eel) rice 2.5/5 - not bad, not great. Eel was a little fatty and thicker. Quite a bit different from what you will find in Japan. Rice was a little dry and could use more sauce.

Tonkatsu ramen - 4/5 - the ramen noodles were real ramen noodles, the broth was good, cha shu was good. Overall, a good choice.

Sake - sake choices are good but not cold. Room temperature sake on a hot day...

Sono andato con un mio amico per la prima volta in questo ristorante dopo tanto tempo che volevamo andarci e che dire siamo rimasti veramente sorpresi, all'ingresso verrete accolti da delle bellissime tartarughine, il locale è veramente curato e si vede che dietro c'è stato un bel lavoro da parte del titolare, dalla scelta del Design fino alle sedie di ottima qualità, per gli amanti del Giappone, di anime e manga vi divertirete a trovare le piccole chicche nascoste per il ristorante, che vi faranno sentire come a casa nella vostra cameretta. Tutto questo accompagnato da del cibo di ottima qualità, anche dietro ai piatti si vede impegno, dedizione e passione per quello che si fa, abbiamo preso dei Takoyaki ( polpettine di polpo ) dove si sentiva che il polpo era di prima qualità, a seguire del Ramen, perfetto per la stagione Autunnale ed Invernale veramente buono e per finire dei ravioli ripieni alla carne speziati, eccellenti anche quelli. Presentazione dei piatti incantevole! A fine cena, abbiamo scambiato 2 chiacchiere con quello che credo fosse il titolare, veramente simpatico e cordiale per complimentarci del posto e ci ha gentilmente offerto dell'ottimo sakè, uno classico e una alla prugna dolce che in quanto non amante dell'alcool ho veramente apprezzato, specialmente quello alla prugna dolce, che sembrava di bere un succo, che hanno concluso alla perfezione la nostra serata! Dimenticandosi di essere in Italia sembra di essere in Giappone! Ci torneremo sicuramente anche con amici e lo consiglieremo in giro ! Caldamente...
