Restaurant exceptionnel à tous points de vue : qualité des plats, courtoisie du personnel, efficacité du service, cadre/ design. D'ordinaire, en Italie les restaurants de poissons sont hors de prix de façon injustifiée. Ce n'est pas le cas de Pescado, qui est le premier restaurant italien de poissons que je connaisse qui mérite vraiment 5/5, notamment pour sa créativité et son rapport qualité/ prix. Les cannolloni à la brandade par exemple, servis avec des oignons caramélisés, une association intéressante et absolument délicieuse. Le sériole (ricciola) au four était également très savoureux, servi avec des tiges de chicorée parfaitement cuisinées. Tous les plats sont très soignés, avec une cuisson précise, bien présentés. Bref, dignes d'un restaurant étoilé, et pourtant les prix sont modérés, surtout si on considère que j'y étais en plein mois d'août, haute saison touristique à Pineto. A cela s'ajoute un personnel jeune, dynamique, souriant et très efficace. Il est prudent de réserver car le restaurant est très fréquenté, il semble être une adresse reconnue dans la région. Ho mangiato in questo ristorantino 2 volte durante il mio soggiorno a Pineto questa estate. Dopo la prima esperienza ho deciso di tornarci perchè erano molti i piatti che volevo provare. La cucina di pesce mescola tradizione e modernità e ha influenze spagnole. I piatti sono gustosissimi e sfiziosi, soprattutto gli antipasti sia caldi che freddi, sia crudi che cotti. Il mio compagno ha amato il Polpo a la gallega a me invece sono piaciuti moltissimo il tacos, il panino con il tonno scottato e il dessert della casa alla liquirizia e caffè. I ragazzi che servono ai tavoli sono cordialissimi e veloci e anche il proprietario è molto gentile, l'ho visto alle prese con dei clienti che hanno avuto da ridire per un ritardo in modo non proprio cortese e lui ha saputo gestirli con educazione e il sorriso.
