the atmosphere was lovely and the waiters invited us in, so we decided to stay. everything started off really well — we placed our order, got our drinks quickly, and the waiter opened the bottle of wine right at the table and poured it for us☺️🍾

but then we had to wait quite a long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, we realised it wasn’t exactly what we ordered. we had asked for tartare, oysters and pasta, but we were served two tartares and pasta instead. it was quite difficult to explain the mistake to the waiter, as his english was very limited, and we didn’t want to upset him — but at the same time, it wasn’t nice to get the wrong dishes. in the end, he did bring us the correct ones and we were very happy with them, and it was clear he was trying his best))

as for desserts, we ordered a chocolate cake and a crème brûlée, but they arrived almost frozen inside. i had to ask the waiter to heat them up because they were still icy 🥶,...

Firstly, the waiter informed us that the sea bass was €19 per kilogram and typically weighed between 1 and 1.5 kilograms. However, in the end, we were charged €54 for the fish alone, with fries and salad added separately to the bill. Additionally, I would like to point out that although the waiter presents fresh fish at the table for customers to view, it is clear that a different fish is cooked in the kitchen. The fish we received was certainly not fresh — you could tell by its texture, which was floury and slightly dry. It was also not shiny or juicy, as a fresh fish should be. The taste was flat and old, far from what you would expect from a place right in front of the sea. It’s a real shame, especially given the restaurant’s beautiful location. Food was great! Prices were decent (for a touristy location right off the beach) and the beer was ice cold!

The service was terrible. Our guy was really friendly, and he seemed to sincerely care... but he must've been too busy because we had to wait for EVERYTHING. 10 minutes before he even got us a menu, and nothing to drink in that time... nor did he offer an explanation or apology for leaving us unattended so long. We were sat extremely close to another table... two guests with empty plates, also waiting for far too long for service. And nothing came automatically. We had to ask for everything you should be offered... olive oil, napkins, drinks.
