Pizzeria D'Amore Mio — Restaurant in Pisa

We ate at this pizzeria in Pisa. Given the rather positive comments, we first had a good feeling about it. Once we got there, there was no AC, only mosquitoes. I've never had so many bites, not even as many as in South-East Asia... The pizzas were not good. The wait was long (30 minutes even though we were the only clients) and the staff unpleasant. I would recommend going to another pizzeria downtown and avoid...

The service was not good at all, only 1 employee out of 3 was nice and friendly. At first we wanted to dine in but finally decided to take away because of the mosquitoes. Only 4 tables inside but no AC. Pizzas were cut which is good, but were probably missing salt or something. Pizza dough was overcooked, one of the worst we've eaten in Italy so far... I truly don't understand the current rating of...

The place is not making the best pizzas. The ingredients tasted fresh, but the base was (I’m quite sure) frosted base and the pizzas are cooked in electric oven. It could be way better just changing into a housemade base. The waiters are friendly and for a quick slice of pizza it’s ok. As a reference place for pizzas it is not. Pricewise cheap acording to...
