Albergo Ristorante Paneolio — Restaurant in Poggio Picenze

This is only for the restaurant as we haven't used any other service. Food is good overall and beers excellent, the thing that the place lacks is proper service. To get our food took ages, as if they were cooking one dish at the time for each single customer that was at the restaurant at the time (10 persons total...). Everything was super slow and the timings completely off. We were 4 and two got their dishes and had the time to finish them before I got mine, finished it and then finally my wife got hers.....I'de suggest to revise the way they work because really the service ruined all the experience. La struttura si trova in una posizione molto strategica per visitare diversi luoghi come Rocca Calascio, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, le Grotte di Stiffe, Campo Imperatore e Campo Felice, ad un quarto d'ora scarso dal centro de L'Aquila. ||Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per un fine settimana e siamo rimasti supersoddisfatti non solo della camera, nuova, accogliente e pulita, corredata da un bagno bello e spazioso, ma anche del ristorante annesso dove abbiamo cenato la prima sera. Cibi differenti dai "soliti" piatti tipici ma davvero buonissimi e accompagnati da buoni vini, il tutto in un locale anch'esso molto carino. Per non parlare della colazione, molto varia ed abbondante e anche a misura di intolleranti al lattosio.
