Bell' e burger bistrot — Restaurant in Pontecagnano Faiano

I’m back from the first visit to this small restaurant. The atmosphere was nice, serene and even if was a Saturday night and the restaurant was busy everyone was just happy.I’ve ordered a small appetizer: the pulled pork chips and was amazing! I really enjoy the flavor of the meat and cheese. I’ve asked the server advice for my drink and he got right away the perfect choice for my beer (a Blanche in bottle!! Superbe). For dinner I choose a classic the : Bell’ cheeseburger . I liked how the meat was nice cooked, soft and tasty. The sauce was delicious and unique , the bun was sweet , this contrast make nice the saltiness of the sauce, and the bacon was super crispy!

Mai più! Ci sono stato ieri sera con la mia famiglia (moglie e figlia di 7 anni) ed altri 6 amici, con bimba di 2 anni. La piega che avrebbe preso la serata non ha tardato a farsi vedere: nonostante il locale fosse praticamente vuoto (erano presenti altre 4 persone in tutto) il cameriere è venuto a prendere le ordinazioni solo dopo mezz'ora dal nostro ingresso, avvenuto alle ore 20:30. I miei amici hanno chiesto di ordinare solo il contenuto di due panini, da servire al piatto, senza pane. La risposta è stata categorica: no. Nei successivi tre quarti d'ora sono state servite servite solo 3 porzioni di patatine, 1 panino e 1 porzione di nuggets (ribadisco, eravamo 9 e, al nostro ingresso il locale era vuoto). Approssimandosi le ore 22, ho sollecitato il servizio rappresentando che le bambine, soprattutto mia figlia, iniziava ad avere fame e sonno, ricevendo solo rassicurazioni, ma nulla da mangiare.
