Most of the staff do not speak any word of english. The atmosphere is nice there sitting outside is very cozy. The Mussels were super tasty but the rest of the food was very mediocre; Vongole pasta had sand in all of the 3 pastas. Calamari fritti was more dough taste than squid taste and also they used old grease to cook it in. The Grilled vegetable only the zucchini was nice but the eggplant had a very hard shell and tasted not so nice even with removing. The octopus was quite tough and firm and all dishes were flat tasting. Service is not very lively but rather slow and not really knowing how to work it seems. I would not come to eat here again. Booked a table for 4. arrived at 9pm. Before we even got the menus we ordered two bottles of water. Unfortunately it started to rain and the restaurant didn’t have any seats left underneath the patio so we had to leave before we even had the chance to order any food and get served. We planned to come back the day after. We went inside to pay for the water and they charged us also for the table service (coperto). when we friendly asked if it was really necessary to charge this fee, since we sat down for not even 5 minutes they just replied “yes, we have to change the tablecloth”. Una bella sorpresa! Per chi ama mangiare bene.

Ci siamo capitati per caso e il menù esposto fuori mi ha incuriosito. Unico nella zona con un rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente buono.

Il locale è piccolo ma ben curato nel design che gli dà modo di differenziarsi dagli altri locali. Il personale è giovane e attento. Due giorni di fila, cena e pranzo di lavoro, per capire che la voglia di migliorarsi è una costante.

Si inizia con un piccolo assaggio offerto dalla casa, varia ogni giorno (non ricordo quello della cena). Porzioni piccole, ma gustose.

L'antipasto per eccellenza è il polpo alla piastra, cotto al vapore e poi grigliato servito con gocce di aceto balsamico e scorzetta di limone (tenero e croccante , lo consiglio).

Per i primi ci siamo fatti consigliare, abbiamo optato per: ravioli al nero di seppia (molto particolari, consigliato per chi ama i sapori contrastanti), ripieni di pecorino, al nero di seppia e seppie. (ottimi, ricordo ancora il sapore!)

pasta con spada e pistacchio croccante, buono anche questo.

risotto crema di gamberi, con gamberi crudi per decorazione (squisiti).

I dolci non sono da sottovalutare, ho preso il semifreddo al limone ma il top è il parfait di mandorle croccante! Se in coppia consiglio di prenderne due! dopo averlo assaggiato non si torna indietro.
