400 Gradi Ristorante - Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pozzallo

For some time we have been ordering pizza at our favorite spiaggia and just learned tonight where it comes from. So we visited 400 Gradi for early dinner. To say the least it was terrific. the pizza was outstanding as we ordered the Daviola - spicy pizza. It was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating. the chef/owner, Francesco, visited our table to learn where we were from. The conversation was engaging and we learned a lot about our new home in Pozzallo. Als wir im bereits geöffneten Restaurant ankamen, waren im Außenbereich noch die Stühle gekippt. Auch als wir das Restaurant verlassen haben, und zwei weitere Tische besetzt waren, waren die restlichen Stühle immer noch gekippt. Man hat sich dadurch nicht willkommen gefühlt. Das Hauptgericht (1 x Pizza, 2 x Pasta) war recht gut, das Tiramisu als Nachspeise war noch gefroren und alles andere als gut. Das war definitiv nicht frisch von heute gemacht. Der Service war mehr als schlecht. Eine unmotivierte Bedienung mit sehr unfreundlichem Blick, die unprofessionell uns nicht beachtet hat als sie den anderen Tisch bediente. War ja zu dem Zeitpunkt nur ein (!) anderer Tisch besetzt. So mussten wir etwas lauter auf uns aufmerksam machen, dass wir schon fertig sind und das Tiramisu bestellen wollten. Wäre für sie einfacher gewesen, wenn sie auf dem Rückweg das Geschirr abgeräumt hätte, aber dafür hat es halt nicht gereicht. Wir können das Restaurant nicht empfehlen und werden es in unserem Urlaub nicht mehr besuchen. Es gibt so viele schöne Restaurants in Pozzallo wo man willkommen ist. Die anderen Bewertungen, die den Service gelobt haben, hatten wohl den Tag erwischt, als unsere Bedienung frei hatte....

Siamo stati a mangiare una pizza sabato sera, io e il mio compagno. Abbiamo ordinato rispettivamente una palermitana e una Calandra. La palermitana era pesante, piena zeppa di mollica in modo esagerato che si impastava in bocca. Le sarde, pessime, sicuramente provenivano da quelle servite negli antipasti perché avevano un sapore di limone fortissimo, che con il pomodoro della pizza non si sposa bene. Acidità assicurata. La calandra non era male invece, gradevole anche al palato. Servizio pessimo. Il cameriere disattento, in preda al panico della confusione del sabato, della gente insoddisfatta che si alzava e lasciava il locale, di tavoli di attese infinite e clienti impazienti, ha portato le patatine per stuzzicare prima della pizza ma ne ha versato una parte sul tavolo, scusandosi. In realtà il cameriere, molto gentile, ha fatto del suo meglio, per tutta la sera e con molti clienti. È solo inghiottito in un sistema che non funziona per niente, dai piatti, al servizio, alla gestione dei clienti. Da migliorare tutto, a partire dal servizio. I proprietari a fine serata si lamentano pure dei clienti insoddisfatti convinti di aver lavorato bene. Caos é la parola d’ordine, ovunque, a partire...
