It's actually a pain to write this, because the first time I was here it was a delited experience. Good food, fast service and an overall good experience, when paying they added an extra wine to the tab, but this was solved. So what is the problem then, why only 3 stars?

I went back another time expecting the same experience, and oh boy was a surprised. The food was still excellent, but the service was abysmal, they used 15 min atleast before they took our order. The waiter was unfriendly and not very service minded. When I was about to pay they magically added an order from the table after us to our tab, again!

Since the food was good we wanted to try one last time, and this did it for me. They did not great us, we were told that we "needed to reserve a table", even when half the resutrant was filled. They did not take our order before 20 min had gone by. The waiters was visible displeased and did not bring good service at all. And to top it off, they added another mistake to our tab.

Overall very good food, but the service and overall experience makes me give three stars. A resturant does not make the same tab mistake three times in a row, this was intensjonal.

We wanted to eat here today as the restaurant should be open according to Google. Unfortunately, this was not the case according to the service at half past seven in the evening. Then we tried to find an open restaurant in the neighborhood, which unfortunately we did not succeed. Ten minutes later we saw when we got into the car that the first guests were already getting their appetizers here. So the shop was already open. What should the information from the operator then do? Why are the opening hours in Google not maintained (even if they are correct...

La Pizzeria Riva Baglieri, situata nel cuore frenetico di Pozzallo, offre un’esperienza culinaria autentica che sopperisce largamente alla sua collocazione un po’ problematica. Il parcheggio può essere una sfida data la vivace atmosfera della città, ma la qualità della pizza sicuramente compensa questo piccolo inconveniente.

La pizza è buona, saporita e soprattutto digeribile, un punto chiave che molti ristoranti trascurano. La consistenza e il gusto ci ricordano che siamo in una vera pizzeria italiana, dove la passione per il cibo è evidente.

Nonostante fossimo un gruppo, il servizio è stato rapido ed efficiente, un altro punto a favore di Riva Baglieri. È raro trovare un posto che possa gestire grandi gruppi senza compromettere la qualità del servizio o la tempistica.

L’atmosfera nel ristorante è gradevole, accogliente e decisamente italiana. Tuttavia, l’illuminazione potrebbe essere migliorata. L’uso eccessivo di luci a LED dona un’atmosfera un po’ fredda che potrebbe distrarre dalla calda esperienza culinaria.

Il personale è cortese e pronto ad assistere, un aspetto fondamentale per un’esperienza ristorativa completa. La loro professionalità e amichevolezza hanno reso la nostra visita ancora più piacevole.

In conclusione, sebbene la Pizzeria Riva Baglieri abbia alcuni piccoli aspetti da affrontare, l’esperienza complessiva è stata positiva. Un luogo da considerare per un autentico sapore italiano, nonostante le difficoltà legate...
