Picea Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pozzuoli

We ordered 3 pizzas, which arrived looking delicious. 3/4 of way through one we noticed it was folded and the dough raw meaning the rest of pizza was Inedible however due to starting eating already its their policy it was tough luck. Some staff were friendly however one guy very dismissive, took the money and never came back with change. We had to ask! Shame as we have visited here every holiday but probably...

Very generous portions. We tried the Picea antipasto for two, arancini and zeppoline. The fritters were served with beautiful battered veggie fritters - delicious. We also had two fried ripieno pizza a Margherita and a duetto pizza. The pizza dough was light and easy to eat however, the fried pizza was delicious but stodgy and we had to leave half of it on the plates. Prices where average considering...

RACCAPRICCIANTE. Definire quello che abbiamo mangiato, una pizza è un insulto a tutta la cultura napoletana. Accoglienza inesistente, alla richiesta di un te alla pesca ci è stato risposto in modo maleducato “no”, abbiamo chiesto un te al limone e abbiamo ottenuto la stessa risposta, senza un minimo di garbo, la cameriera sembrava pure scocciata a spiegare le altre bevande disponibili. 1h di attesa per 2 pizze che abbiamo pagato €20,00. Disorganizzazione, incuranza del cliente. Non c’è stato neanche un contatto visivo con i camerieri, nessuno è venuto a chiederci come procedesse la serata, se eravamo soddisfatti o meno: puro menefreghismo. Siamo stati a cena di lunedì (30/08/2021), non si spiega tutta quell’attesa. La pizza era cruda, la mozzarella gommosa. Insomma: un disastro. Lavoro in ristorazione anche io e di certo non tratto così i miei clienti, non li faccio aspettare 1h per una pizza, anzi, mi accerto che almeno in 10 minuti siano stati serviti. Nel tavolo vicino al nostro c’erano 4 commensali, gli hanno portato le pizze a scaglioni e non hanno potuto mangiare tutto insieme. Non ci tornerò mai, una...
