Pizzeria Pisani — Restaurant in Pozzuoli

This place was recommended by a local and we thought it would be a lovely spot to watch the fireworks for ferragosto fireworks. We felt very rushed there, I know they were busy but that’s no excuse. They gave me an ‘English’ menu which still had lots of Italian terms so when our salad arrived with beef!!!! (We are vegetarian)We were surprised and the very rude young waiter insisted that it was clearly stated in English! We didn’t want to argue so we had to pay for it anyway! We then asked him to call us a cab to go back, however the waiter assured us that there was a taxi stand 2 minutes away in the square- he just wanted us out! What he didn’t tell us was that it was nigh-on impossible to get any transport easily on a public holiday. Thankfully with the help of the polizia we managed to get home in 2hrs instead of the 20 min it should have taken! As 4 vulnerable foreign ladies this was not good and so I would not recommend this...

I very rarely leave comments on Google whether good or bad but I must admit that the visit to Pisani Pizzeria was extremely pleasant.

The waiters spoke very good English. The waiters are very nice and friendly The food was glorious. From the antipasti to the pizze. Did not taste the desserts because we already ate too much but they looked amazing. The spot is really beautiful. Like the decoration and view is really good. The prices are very good.

Purtroppo non posso recensire su come si mangia e se fanno una buona pizza, ma posso dire che come organizzazione è delle peggiori, sabato scorso erano le 20.30 siamo andati per mangiare e una signorina ci risponde se avevamo prenotato, al che rispondiamo di no in quanto la settimana precedente ci dissero che il sabato non si prenotava e che se avessimo voluto mangiare avremmo dovuto attendere il turno delle 23.30. Quindi decidemmo di andare via e chiedemmo se per il prossimo sabato potevamo prenotare e la stessa signorina ci rispose che lo Potevamo fare. Oggi sabato 25 settembre alle ore 15.00 chiamiamo per prenotare e ci sentiamo rispondere che potevamo prenotare per il turno delle 23.30 o altrimenti prenotare per sabato prossimo. A questo punto mi chiedo oltre al fatto che la risposta è stata delle peggiori oltre che scostumata, ma quale differenza c’è tra prenotare o andare lì da vicino sempre alle 23.00 bisognava entrare, inoltre mi chiedo ma se incominciano a prenotare dalle 15.00 come hanno fatto altre persone a prenotarsi prima? Se tanto mi da tanto se come organizzazione fanno acqua da tutte le parti anche la pizza ha lo stesso livello dell’organizzazione. Consiglierei ai proprietari di mettere alla reception persone competenti in quanto quelle che ci sono non sanno nemmeno dove sta di casa l’educazione e l’organizzazione.
