Recente esperienza, buoni prodotti, pessimo servizio. Ho acquistato 12 biscotti da asporto oltre a altri 3 da consumare sul posto con un the caldo al limone. Mi vengono serviti i tre biscotti, una teiera con acqua calda, dei filtri di the da scegliere, ma ahimè non hanno il limone. Faccio presente che rinuncio alla scelta del filtro per la mancanza del limone e la dipendente, scocciata, si giustifica dicendo che era appena entrata e che non si era resa conto che mancasse il limone. Niente di male, mi faccio incartare i biscotti, dico che mi dispiace per l’acqua calda inutilizzata e pago.
