Bio Lüch Ruances — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

Until my recent trip to the Dolomites with my family, I can't recall a trip where I wasn't itching to get home. And then I stayed at Bio Luch Ruances. The rooms were impeccably clean and have all the comforts of home. All the annoying things that I find about traveling were absent - plugs were actually in the right spots; there were hooks throughout the apartment where you needed them; there was ample countertop space in the bathroom and shelves in the shower for toiletries. I had coffee on my private deck every morning and looked out at the mountains. Everyone in the family who owns and operates the farm stay was gracious and kind. The food in the cafe was delicious (and I promise you I am super picky about food). Each morning I ate fresh yogurt made from milk from cows on the property, along with eggs laid by hens from the farm. You do not get more farm to table than this. The location was fantastic. We were just on the edge of San Cassiano, so it was quiet, but town was just a short walk away....

One of the absolute best restaurants we have ever been to. The food was amazing. We tried the full antipasto with meats and cheeses from the farm that were all delicious and fresh tasting. I had the lasagna that was fantastic, and my wife had a pesto dish that was really good too.

This is a brand new, very nice facility that is very family friendly. Right downstairs from the dining room they have a very nice kids play room with a way to look down on them from above. You can see their cows and other animals from the playroom below. After our delicious meal we played on the trampoline and swing set outside with the amazing view for a while.

We did not stay in a room, just stayed for a couple hours for a delicious lunch and let the kids play before driving a few hours back home. But if we are ever in this area again, we would absolutely come here many more times and highly recommend it to people, especially with...

Bar,caffetteria, aperitivo,maso,panorama, relax, silenzio benessere family-bar, punto sensoriale di sapori e benessere per una location moderna , innovativa a 5 dimensioni. Dalla qualità dei prodotti, al silenzio del locale, alla possibilità di prendere tranquillamente un dolce o un aperitivo guardando le bambine che giocano al piano inferiore tramite il pavimento a vetro. Loro mentre giocano in questa stanza di vetrate accogliente e calda osservano gli animali nella stanza e il verde del bosco. I dolci sono buonissimi e molto gustosi nonché delicati. L'aperitivo ha cocktail moderni e locali e si possono accompagnare da taglieri misti di qualità per un viaggio del gusto semplice ma di valore. Si trova lungo la via da San Cassiano con un proprio parcheggio. Lo stile è moderno, leggero ma altrettanto caldo come ambiente. Grazie al design e al servizio del personale semplice, professionale ma che ti trasmette con empatia l'accoglienza locale molto apprezzata. Questa nuova location riporta indietro nel tempo e negli anni per il piacere di fermarsi e godersi la montagna in vacanza con prodotti di qualità grazie anche ad un listino prezzi giusto,(tipo torta a 4euro, tagliere misto 12 euro, cappuccino 2,50) un menù corretto che ti fa venire ancora voglia di spendere e provare tutto.(qualità vera) Felice io e la mia famiglia tutta le bambine comprese, di questa esperienza vissuta oggi. Peccato non averla scoperta da subito al nostro arrivo ma avremo ancora una settimana per vivere il piacere odierno. Aperto da poco sono già ad un ottimo livello di servizio. Lo raccomando a tutti e faccio i complimenti per questo progetto.

Voglio unirmi ad altri, l'unico consiglio da dare alla proprietà è non seguire l'onda anomala del caro prezzi...in questo momento posso dire siete un'oasi in Alta Badia 2023.
