Cocun cellar restaurant — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

We booked a natural wine tasting which turned out to our pleasant surprise to be private. Accommodated also our dog. The wines were immaculate, carefully chosen by the more than knowledgable sommelier. The tasting was very personable, of very high quality. We also got a lot of recommendations for other places in Italy. We did not make a reservation for a dinner but they made a space for us on the bar. Food outstanding but the star really was the staff and their recommendations. Incredibly memorable experience. Thank you so much!!!! We are eager to make another trip nearby...

Wine & cheese gastronomic experience at Cocun Cellar Restaurant @ CIASA SALARES, Armentarola, San Cassiano - Alta Badia - our small group enjoyed a warm & inviting evening with Clements our host offering expert, historical and practical knowledge on wines, cheeses, meats and the methods, regions, varieties. It was pure joy hearing from someone who loves wine & knows the winemakers and the Cocun Cellar is situated in the most beautiful hotel in town 🍷🍇 The wines we tried were out of this world and we all said it was a highlight of our stay...

We collectively voted this the best dinner of our lives. The menu was a bit more adventurous than our group is used to, but we had SO much fun enjoying all of the inspired dishes. Rebecca and Clements helped us choose local wines to try – all of which were delicious and had inspiring stories behind the makers. The staff made us feel right at home. It was the best service we've ever had.

I can't give too much away, but be sure to opt for the "Surprise!" dessert. It's an experience you won't forget!
