Open Air Bar — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

This is a very cool, laid back, down-to-earth bar outdoors in a covered patio. We were so lucky to drop by on a Saturday about 5PM when there was a great live two-person band playing old blues and southern rock music until closing time at 8PM, which turned to 10PM as the locals were doing karaoke! Absolutely wonderful! The service is good and friendly but what makes this place a gem are the locals who were super friendly and welcoming to us outsiders. A mixture of families, singles, and couples. Good beers and drinks but not much food - mainly cold sandwiches and maybe some soup. Menù essenziale ma completo. Il posto è gradevolissimo (sembra di essere al mare!) e il personale è molto gentile e simpatico. Non vedo l’ora di poterci tornare per sentirmi dire da quella allegra e graziosa ragazza (Nadia) “come va raga, tutto bene?”, con una irresistibile inflessione altoatesina :D.

Agosto 2024 - Ogni anno tornare qui è come ritrovare quel posto (senza spazio e senza tempo) dove sai che potrai godere di un buon pasto farcito di cortesia e cordialità, accompagnato da una fresca bevanda con uno spicchio di sorriso. Mussten leider bei der Anfahrt zum Pragser See 1h warten (bis 16Uhr) da entdeckte ich eine Ortschaft weiter dieses nette kleine Lokal. Die zwei jungen Kellnerinnen waren freundlich und flott.
