I was holidaying in Cagliari and decided to have a bit of a drive around. Luckily I was driving past a car park and saw this lovely food truck… Boy oh boy that was lucky ! I parked up and had a bit of a look…I do try I have a go at Italian but luckily for me they spoke pretty good English. I chose a beefy boy,onion rings and fries…I can honestly say it was the best hot dog I’ve had! They were so friendly and took a lot of their time chatting to me…I felt very comfortable there. Came across Su Boy after reading the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Service was super quick considering how popular they seem to be and once we tried the burgers we couldn’t get over the flavours. I ordered the Dirty Boy and my wife ordered the Cocky Boy with Dirty Fries - both burgers were cooked to perfection and they were super generous with the portion of fries. The Su Boy sauce is a winner - we ordered an extra pot for dipping! We’ll definitely be back next time we come...

Very good and juicy burgers, served quickly. One remark - in my opinion your brioche buns are way too sweet. There is no possibility to sit down and eat freshly cooked burgers on the spot, it is just a take away from the food truck.
