Il Nazionale 2.0 — Restaurant in Radicondoli

Absolutely love this place …. The place to be in Radicondoli from morning through to night.

Friendly people, excellent value for money and good tasty food, nothing not to like.

The Aperol Spritz’s and Limoncello Spritz’s where the best we had during our time in Italy … no need for measuring jiggers here, just keep adding until it looks enough then add a bit more for good measure …. My better half (albeit a self confessed lightweight) was completely gone after two Lemoncello Spritzes at €3.50 each …. That was probably about 7 measures of alcohol in my estimation, no wonder the place is always heaving and spills out onto the road.

The vibe is great too whether it be on the small terrace out tue front, in the bar area or in the restaurant itself.

And then the food, pizzas are their speciality although they certainly don’t disappoint in the rest of the menu either. Lots of flavours some traditional, some pizza blanche and all absolutely delicious.

Sadly I forgot to get photos but trust me, they are as good, if not better, than other places in town and significantly cheaper.

It seems to be the centre of the village and whereas many of the other places in town most of the customers were tourists, here kost of the customers were locals just having a good time.

The bar man / waiter Francesco shook our hands on the way out and the pizza chef was over the moon when we mentioned that her pizzas were up there with the best in the town and if truth be told we probably preferred them.

Overall a great experience on both occasions we visited, they deserve to do well and for sure if you want some great home cooked Italian food in an environment where Italians are having fun and being themselves this is the...

We were in town for our wedding and looking for a restaurant near our villa for our pre-wedding dinner. Il Nazionale 2.0 was on our radar from the very beginning, as it had everything we were looking for — space to host our group of 27 and the promise of an authentic Tuscan meal. From the very first communication, the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the planning process effortless.

The evening itself exceeded all our expectations. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was delicious, but the highlight of the night was the bistecca alla Fiorentina we ordered for everyone — perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Il Nazionale 2.0 made our pre-wedding night truly unforgettable, and we would absolutely come back again!

Great Bar/Caffe for a Aperitivo on the main street of the romantic town of Randicondoli especially in sun downer times. Nice Trattoria in the evening with great pizza, pasta, grilled meat. Good gluten-free offering (gluten-free pizza, pasta, meat) with celiac knowledge waitress. Not formally AIC certified but with good trust in gluten-free food offering. Reservation in summertime is recommended to sit outside in front or on a small balcony in the back of the restaurant.
