Braceria dei Pini — Restaurant in Ravenna

Siamo andati al ristorante la mattina di Ferragosto per prenotare pranzo e cena. A pranzo ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene, abbiamo mangiato alla carta e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Purtroppo la cena è stata un'esperienza completamente diversa. Nonostante avessimo prenotato di persona la mattina stessa, al nostro arrivo alle 20:30 (come concordato con la ragazza che aveva preso la prenotazione), una cameriera ha controllato e ci ha comunicato che la nostra prenotazione non risultava annotata da nessuna parte. Non c'era più posto all'esterno, come avevamo richiesto, e ci hanno fatti accomodare in una zona laterale del locale, piena di zanzare, nonostante ci fosse stato detto che lì non ce ne sarebbero state. Il cibo è stato deludente: • La pasta con le vongole di mia figlia era acquosa e completamente insipida. • La carne di mio marito , richiesta a cottura media, è arrivata cruda. Dopo averla rimandata indietro, è tornata troppo cotta e dura da tagliare. Anche il coltello che mi è stato dato aveva la lama sporca, decisamente inaccettabile in qualsiasi contesto, figuriamoci in un ristorante. Inoltre, le vetrate attorno al nostro tavolo erano completamente sporche, dan V na sensazione generale di trascuratezza. (Allego foto a testimonianza.) Il servizio è stato discreto, ma eravamo seguiti da un solo cameriere, mentre gli altri ignoravano completamente il nostro tavolo. Alla cassa abbiamo fatto presente la nostra insoddisfazione, anche ricordando che eravamo già stati lì a pranzo, ma non c'è stato alcun tentativo di scusarci o rimediare. Dispiace dover dire che non consigliamo questo ristorante, soprattutto per occasioni speciali come Ferragosto: scarsa organizzazione, qualità del cibo insufficiente, poca attenzione al cliente e...

Meine Partnerin und ich waren vom 30.06. bis zum 07.07. im Pini Beach Village untergebracht und wurden von der Braceria mit Frühstück und Abendessen (Halbpension) versorgt. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Angestellten und Kellner des Restaurants. Jeder Einzelne versprüht eine solche Lebensfreude und Begeisterung bei der Arbeit, dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Besonders einer der Kellner der uns durch unser Abendessen begleitet hat spricht hervorragend deutsch. Jeder Wunsch wird einem umgehend erfüllt, und man hat immer das Gefühl, dass jeder Einzelne froh ist, dass man dort ist. Man fühlt sich einfach sofort willkommen.

Nun zum Essen: Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, besticht jedoch durch hohe Qualität und Frische. Man merkt, dass hier nicht einfach irgendein Massenprodukt verarbeitet wird, sondern dass alles frisch zubereitet wird. Das Abendessen ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Zur Vorspeise steht ein Salatbuffet zur Verfügung. Dann gibt es einen ersten Hauptgang (meist bestehend aus einem Pasta-Gericht) sowie einen zweiten Hauptgang (entweder Fleisch oder Fisch). Zum Abschluss kann man sich dann wieder am Dessertbuffet bedienen. Auch hier kann ich nur sagen, dass das Essen einfach umwerfend ist. Die Qualität, Frische sowie der Geschmack sind fabelhaft. Genau das wünscht man sich von der italienischen Küche.

Abschließend möchte ich noch ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter aussprechen. Wir wurden wunschlos glücklich umsorgt und werden das Restaurant sowie das Resort...

Il locale si trova all’interno del campeggio Pini family camping Village, non avevo molte aspettative per un ristorante di un campeggio ma mi sono stupito invece dell’ottimo cibo e la gentilezza del personale. Ho mangiato veramente bene, abbiamo anche un’importante allergia in famiglia ed il personale e’ stato scrupolosissimo. Ho trovato la carne ottima cotta sulla brace, parte al forno spettacolari come il gnocco fritto con il prosciutto crudo. Devo dire che ho mangiato in locali blasonati o in hotel di lusso che si possono sognare la qualità di questo posto. Meriterebbe venire in campeggio anche solo per mangiare qui. The restaurant is located inside the Pini family camping Village, I didn't have many expectations for a restaurant but I was surprised instead by the excellent food and the kindness of the staff. I ate really well, we also have an important allergy in the family and the staff was extremely scrupulous. I found the excellent meat cooked on the grill, part of the oven as spectacular as the fried dumplings with raw ham. I must say that I have eaten in famous places or in luxury hotels that you can dream of the quality of this place. He deserves to come camping just to eat here. Pizza is very good. Thanks,...
