The first time my friend went (at around 1 pm on a Saturday in the summer) he had to wait 40 minutes in the line to order a piadina.
The second time we visited, which was in the evening, we waited for 25 minutes only to be told that they were not serving any pasta. However, not soon afterwards, as we were sitting eating our (way too salty) piadina that we didn't want, we saw people sitting down to eat pasta!
Another day we went early at lunchtime to beat the crowds. I ordered capelletti al ragu. However, it looked and tasted nothing like it (see photo). I am sure what they gave me was ravioli burro e salvia. Never will I try this place again. It is way overrated.

Read moreVery good quality piadina, in the style typical of Ravenna, that is thicker than Rimini's. They also produce and sell fresh pasta, also of good quality. It's a small shop, that values its quality way more than its appearance, with few tables outside in case you want to sit and eat there (but, in case, bring anything to drink with you, you won't get more than water or poor soft drinks there). In the back of the counter, you can see them making all what they sell, and this is very nice. Be aware they seldom give you the ticket for what you buy, unless you ask - so, please ask:-). The only downside is that they don't seem very well organized, if you go there at 1pm you may have to stay in queue for more than 1 hour.
