Ristorante Nonna Zina — Restaurant in Ravenna

I experienced deeply unacceptable and discriminatory treatment at this establishment. After a long day of travel, I arrived at 8:30 PM hoping to dine at the restaurant before its 10:00 PM closing time. Despite the front desk strongly recommending it as my best option, I was denied entry.

It was evident that this was not a simple matter of availability. The manager systematically turned away every non-white guest while simultaneously accommodating other patrons. The front desk was complicit and offered no meaningful assistance after the fact.

This was a shameful display of racism. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this hotel, as well as the Grand Hotel Mattei group for knowingly allowing such behavior to flourish within...

Il ristorante è situato all’interno del Grand hotel Mattei. Abbiamo mangiato pesce che era fresco, ben cucinato, saporito e le porzioni erano abbondanti. Tutto squisito. Una nota di merito va alla pasta fresca fatta a mano che è davvero molto buona. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona varietà nel menu. Il servizio è veloce e cordiale.
