While the atmosphere is relatively upscale, most of their customers were dressed pretty casually, in t-shirts and jeans. My guess is it's mostly just the hotel guests dining there. The food wasn't terrible, but failed to impress based on the price and their google rating. The salad was tiny for €7. The garlic and chili spaghetti was very basic and probably just made with dry pasta rather than fresh using no more than about €0.65 of raw materials. The sausage was quite salty. The pork shank had very little meat and was quite dry. The service was very friendly and helpful, but somewhat slow. And the Coperto was €2.50 per person, even though their website says it's less. Il locale è molto carino e ben curato, ha un bellissimo spazio all’aperto in una location tranquilla e lontana dalla strada, camerieri gentili che sanno far bene il loro lavoro. Arrivati alle 20.45 come da prenotazione, le nostre ordinazioni sono state prese 20 minuti dopo, un po’ lunga come attesa, ma va bene, è Venerdì ed è estate. Una unica persona prende le ordinazioni, una ragazza molto giovane, che si presenta a tutti i tavoli con un vassoio con il pescato del giorno, cosa carina ed apprezzabile, ma prolissa oltremodo, il che, moltiplicato per tutti i tavoli ne giustifica la lentezza. Abbiamo preso purtroppo solo 2 antipasti, sinceramente di ottima qualità, peccato però che tutto quanto di bene scritto sopra, sia stato rovinato da un’altra attesa per avere i primi piatti, precisamente di 45 minuti; abbiamo chiesto più volte e sollecitato durante l’attesa, e ogni volta ci veniva risposto che era quasi pronto, 5 minuti ancora. Alle 22.55, mi alzavo e andavo a pagare rinunciando a proseguire la cena, in maniera gentile ed educata, senza alcuna polemica, volevamo solo pagare ed andare via; la ragazza di cui sopra con fare scocciato, si giustificava dicendo che era venerdì e che loro avevamo da servire parecchia gente, le ho semplicemente fatto notare, che le uniche parole che avrebbe dovuto proferire, erano di scuse nei nostri confronti, ma si è stizzita peggio, denotando un atteggiamento infantile e poco educato. Ho apprezzato però le scuse del cameriere che ci stava servendo. Tirando le somme, lo consiglierei? Yet again you have exceeded our expectations. We have had the pleasure of bring at your hotel for 2 weeks and both food and accommodation have been more than comparable to 5 star resorts and restaurants. When it comes to fresh food, authentic cooking and first class hospitality they are very hard to beat. I am not a fish fan but their fish was unbelievably delicious.
