We visited this pizzeria and had a mixed experience - excellent food but poor service organization.When we arrived, there were no available tables and we were told there would be a 40-minute wait, which we accepted. However, during the entire waiting period, no staff member approached us to offer drinks or check if we needed anything, which was particularly disappointing since it was a hot day.After 40 minutes, we were seated and received menus. When the server came to take our drink order, we also tried to order our pizza, but were told we needed to wait for a different person to take our food order. This lack of coordination continued throughout our visit.Eventually, another staff member took our pizza order. We noticed there was no WiFi password displayed anywhere - not in the menu or any visible location in the restaurant.The pizza itself was very good - this was definitely the highlight of our experience and shows the kitchen knows what they're doing.When we finished eating and asked for the bill, the waiter we approached simply continued serving other customers as if we hadn't spoken to them. It became apparent that each server has very specific roles, and customers are expected to know which person handles which task. We had to ask a different waiter to finally get our bill and pay.Additionally, the Google Maps location pin doesn't match the actual physical location of the restaurant, which could cause confusion for other visitors.While the food quality was excellent, the service organization really needs improvement. Better staff coordination and customer service training would make this a much more pleasant...

This is definately one of the best eating places that you can find around this area! The staff is really friendly, especially Maximilian; they manage to welcome everybody in such a pleasing way.

The prices are very decent, you can enjoy a salad for 2-3 Euros and a home made pizza for 4.5 - 8 Euros. Highly recommended. The panoramic view toward the volcano stands as a sightseeing by itself!

Das ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant, immer voll mit Gästen, insbesondere Deutsche. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen auch English und versuchen etwas auf Deutsch auch zu erklären. Die Speisekarte hat aber Übersetzungen in English und Deutsch. Insgesamt kann man hier leckere Speisen finden, die auch günstig sind.

Bad experience this year. I'm not sure I'll be going back unless they change management and employees. Was told we needed a reservation because all tables were reserved even though half the restaurant was empty. Staff was rude and was almost bothered that we decided to order takeout. We decided to order takeout anyway, it took 45 mins to get our pizza in those 45 mins. Not even one person came to the restaurant to occupy any of the empty tables. Got home after a less than 4 min ride. Pizza was like chewing gum. It was one of the worst pizzas I ever had.
