good tip&hint - try to be served by bold guy with glasses or one with curly a bit grey hair - both of them are very gentle, helpful and honest waitress! Now an honest comment after 2 times we have been at the restaurant this season. Definitely changed for worst, we have been clients for years and always enjoying food and hospitality.... this year “things” changed, long time of waiting to order, long time to get your order..... first we had to insist with waitresses to order as even though a few of them were free nobody was approaching our table; second one of the waitress trying to foul us that pizza he brought was integrale while it wasn’t, we checked with another waitress who’s face looked familiar as we recognized him from last years. He was kind enough to confirm it wasn’t integrale and changed it immediately. Overall, still good food, good variety, but what was the heart of trampolines was ambience and hospitality that changed drastically...

Abbiamo scoperto il ristorante "Trampolines" in una serata affollata, quasi per caso e senza aver prenotato. Nonostante questo, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale ci hanno conquistato fin da subito: in pochi minuti ci hanno trovato un tavolo per due, facendoci sentire immediatamente i benvenuti. È stato l'inizio di una cena che ricorderemo a lungo. L'atmosfera è esattamente quella che si spera di trovare in un posto di mare: accogliente, calda e familiare, un luogo dove ci si rilassa e ci si prepara a godere del buon cibo. E che cibo! Si percepisce all'istante che qui la cucina è una cosa seria, fatta di passione, rispetto per la tradizione e una ricerca ossessiva della qualità. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di mare che era un vero e proprio viaggio tra i sapori più autentici dell'Adriatico: ogni assaggio rivelava una materia prima di freschezza indiscutibile, trattata con sapienza per esaltarne il gusto. Ma il capolavoro della serata sono stati i primi piatti. Devo assolutamente consigliare a chiunque i Tagliolini allo scoglio: un piatto semplicemente perfetto. La pasta, evidentemente fatta in casa, era porosa, ruvida al punto giusto e cotta alla perfezione, il sapore del pesce fresco era protagonista assoluto. Anche gli spaghetti alle vongole erano impeccabili, un classico eseguito magistralmente che dimostra la grande abilità della cucina. "Trampolines" è il posto ideale per chi vuole mangiare bene, senza compromessi, assaporando la vera essenza della cucina di mare. Sono stati capaci non solo di servirci una cena eccezionale, ma di farci sentire a casa, coccolati e speciali. Per un antipasto, due primi sublimi, acqua, un buon vino della casa e caffè, il conto è stato di circa 90 euro in due: un prezzo più che onesto e assolutamente giustificato dall'altissimo livello dell'esperienza. Inutile dire che ci tornerò alla prima occasione....

Pasta was undercooked but most of the other food was OK. We had a 10% off discount card given to us from the hotel we were staying at and when I went to pay they would not accept it, saying I needed to give it to them before I sat. I'm sure what that means is 'we're going to sit you in a bad seat and not give you the service everyone else get because you used a discount voucher' if I gave it prior.
