We had a really good experience at Hotel Santa Fe Pizzeria Ristorante in Riccione. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Lorenzo, our waiter, who was really fun and always in a good mood. Even though the place was very busy when we arrived, we were three people and they immediately found a table for us.

The menu came quickly, but the food took about 20 minutes to arrive. At first it felt a bit long, but considering how many people were there, it was understandable, and in the end the wait was reasonable. The food itself was decent, a little better than average but not outstanding. The atmosphere was very cosy and welcoming, which made the dinner even nicer.

La location del ristorante Santa Fe sul lungomare di Riccione è accettabile. Tuttavia, la nostra esperienza non è stata molto positiva. Nonostante avessimo chiesto un petto di pollo con patatine fritte al posto delle verdure grigliate e un filetto di manzo alla griglia con patatine fritte, abbiamo avuto un'incomprensione con il cameriere. Ci ha portato subito due porzioni di patatine fritte senza però la carne. La carne è arrivata dopo diversi minuti, accompagnata da verdure grigliate per il petto di pollo che non avevamo richiesto, e l'altro piatto da un'altra porzione di patatine fritte. Ci siamo ritrovati con tre piatti abbondanti di patatine e verdure alla griglia non desiderate, lasciate lì a nostro dispiacere.

Al momento di richiedere il conto, abbiamo notato che erano state addebitate due porzioni in più di patatine, nonostante non le avessimo richieste. Il cameriere ha affermato che non poteva stornarle dal conto poiché lo scontrino era stato già emesso. Non avevamo voglia di fare polemica, quindi abbiamo pagato senza ulteriori discussioni.

I prezzi erano sicuramente troppo alti per ciò che ci è stato servito, compreso il coperto. Abbiamo speso 64€ per due petti di pollo (quando uno sarebbe bastato), un filetto di manzo, un'acqua e due porzioni in più di patatine fritte non richieste, ciascuna al costo di 6€. Inoltre, il cameriere che ci ha servito tossiva e si soffiava il naso mentre ci serviva e portava i piatti, il che non ha contribuito a rendere l'esperienza piacevole.
