NoSTrano Beach — Restaurant in Rimini

We were deeply disapointed by quality of food and surprised by bill. we ordered "piadina" with extra pomodorini (ham, cheese, salad), which is typical food here, but it was dry comparing with other places where we ordered the same kind of food. What surprise when for 2 extra pomodorini (small tomatos) we paid 3 euros!, and we were asked to pay for 5 copertos a 2 euros (payment for services), despite we were 2 adults and 1 child 3-years old without her own food... They apologized for mistake and changed the bill for only 3 copertos despite my arguments. We visited every day in Rimini 2 Restaurants (launch and dinner), every time asked for extra plate for child and never were asked to pay copertos for her (Amerigo, Bounty, Sbionta, Chi Burglez)! I asked for owner to discuss my compliant, but probably very busy to show up. Fortunately many other better restaurants in close surroundings to have chance to...

Lovely food. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Eat the local food and you will have good food.

I had the Strozzapreti pasta with tuna and I could've eaten 10 plates of it, not cos I have a massive appetite but cos it was delicious.

They had high chairs for children too & made us food for the baby.

Probabilmente è stata una giornata sfortunata, ma che peccato. Più di due ore d'attesa per una insalata verde, due antipasti, un fritto e due spiedini pure sbagliati e rimandati indietro. Servizio disastroso, piatti portati alla rinfusa, suppliche e preghiere per farci portare almeno dell'acqua e un po di piada (tre spicchi piccoli in un sacchetto a 1 euro). Avevamo prenotato, ma i tavoli erano tutti occupati e ci hanno messo in un tavolo improvvisato. Dopo di noi altri tavoli a caso, anche quando era evidente che la cucina non reggeva il carico. Sicuramente un ottimo fatturato per la giornata, ma quanti clienti non torneranno più a farsi trattare male? Il cibo, quello che è arrivato, non era manco male. Porzioni non abbondanti e prezzi medio-alti, forse la qualità è migliore di altri posti ma il ristorante nel suo complesso...
