Ristorante Giusti — Restaurant in Rimini

NEVER EAT IN THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A NICE DINNER

We came at this restaurant for a dinner. There were 6 of us. First of all, the stuff don’t speak English properly and are not interested in their guests wishes at all. Even food was decent, they completely forgot about the salad that we’ve ordered. And we also found A HAIR In risotto! We showed it to the waiter and he just shook his shoulders and took it away. That’s it. We payed full price for this. In the end, we asked if we can pay the bill separately, the waiter said yes, just go to the cashiers. But the cashier lady seemed EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT! We tried to explain her that the waiter said we can pay separately, but she was stubborn. She told us that she can’t make the bill separately so someone has to pay full price or divide the sum by 6. Even though we all had different dishes for different prices, she wasn’t interested in our problem at all.

The food was good. Unfortunately it lacked on vegetation pasta options. But the pizza variety was great and the pizza we got definitely delicious. But I need to be honest, the staff was horrible! Our waiter did not pay any attention to us and was giving a moan and grumpy glances with everything we ordered. When we wanted to pay, we asked for paying separately. So the waiter told us to go inside, as splitting up was only possible inside at the computer. Once inside, the lady on the computer said, splitting was not possible and she immediately printed the full bill. She obviously was to lazy and annoyed to split it up. I ordered the mixed fish kebab. 2 of the 4 kebabs were calamari, the other 2 undercooked shrimps, which were not fresh but frozen. Were is the fish?. Hard to understand, why they don't use fresh shrimps like for the other dishes. One of the shrimps was even slimy.. Ewww! At least the side dish potatoes were good..

As I wanted to pay for this.. experience.., the woman at the cashier was ignoring me for at least 30 seconds. As she addressed me, she didn't even greet me, then wasn't able to tell me how much I owe her (??) and was pretty rude in general.. A waitress danced next to me and excitedly hit me with her elbow.. ouch..
