Very nice restaurant. One of the best all you can eat sushi restaurant in Rimini. I went there for lunch and the price for all you can eat formula was 18.90 euros (at dinner 24.90), not including 2 euros for service and drinks. The courses are really good and well prepared. The fish is fresh and you can feel it. Not a big variety for uramaki rolls and I think they probably could improve there but the ones on the menu are good. Moreover you can find gunkan, nigiri, hosomaki (fried or not. Highly suggested), sashimi (1 portion per person), chinese courses, and much more. Of course at dinner you find much wider choice. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. Good for friends and couples. There are many tables to eat outside the restaurant and although sometimes there are few cars driving by, it is usually a quiet place where you can easily talk. we visit this restaurant every time we visit Rimini and we always leave very satisfied with both the service and the taste of the food. we ordered many sushi products, including kosonaki, which now tastes like ketchup, giving us the spicy taste as it used to be in the past and how the real taste should be. many of the products seem reheated and made a long time ago.. we tried to order something more than the first order and the waiter came after 40 minutes probably this is their policy when you ask for something over the order made before. I mention that this policy was always made when I asked for something over the menu ordered the first time there is also a new Okinawa restaurant in Rimini and probably The Chief is moved there to the new location. Da sempre il mio locale preferito, (ci sarò stata almeno duecento volte, il sushi è la pietanza che amo di più in assoluto e sono italiana), un sacco di serate in cui il proprietario gentilissimo super educato, si è seduto al tavolo con noi, una serata estate 2020 sulle scale del locale fino alle due di notte a chiacchierare in compagnia, al mio compleanno ero a pranzo con il mio compagno ed incinta,lui si è seduto dieci minuti al tavolo senza disturbare, ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino, poi, è tornato ad aiutare il suo staff. Prenoto telefonando ben due volte perché purtroppo avevo la bambina che piangeva e temevo che il ragazzo non avesse capito niente. Invece aveva capito bene! Peccato che quando siamo arrivati (avevamo invitato amici) non ci avevano riservato la saletta che avevo chiesto. Richiedo gentilmente di metterci nella saletta. Ordiniamo, staff da sempre gentile e davvero veloce. Inizio ad avere attenzioni dai camerieri per la mia borsa molto grande, ripetutamente. Avevamo 4 bambini con noi. Chiedo di fare un altro ordine, si rifiutano di portarmi un altro foglio, mi fanno ordinare 4 cose al volo con tanta fretta. Un cameriere torna ripetutamente ogni minuto e mi chiede dove sono i sei uramaki che c'erano a tavola due minuti fa. Noi basiti, gli dico che li ho mangiati. (Come si permette?) Conto 100 euro a testa (eravamo 4 più i bambini) senza possibilità di ordinare quello che volevamo ulteriormente, perché il foglio che ho chiesto per riordinare me lo hanno rifiutato 3 volte. Gli amari siamo andati a chiederli al bancone. Paghiamo, usciamo, e continuo a ricevere commenti ad alta voce dai camerieri "ma che bella borsa che hai, molto grande" ! Certo! Forse i ragazzi non hanno 4 figli con cui girare. Se mi capiterà di tornare e di incontrare il proprietario gli racconteremo personalmente quella figura che abbiamo fatto con i nostri amici. Non ho parole, spero che il proprietario possa leggere cosa ci è successo. Ero stata con la mia famiglia nella stessa identica saletta estate 2020, una cena meravigliosa in cui loro che non sono di Rimini ma erano in vacanza sono stati benissimo, un ricordo meraviglioso.
