A very picturesque place in a quaint village square of Riparbella. The food is a hit and miss - the antipasti (tartare di manzo and vitello tonnato) were excellent. The tagliata di manzo and duck were nearly raw - not pink. The polite request to redo the meat was met with the same attitude and behavior as any other interaction - the service was constantly annoyed and acted impolitely throughout the meal, followed by impatient explanations that “we do it like this in Tuscany”. Very small nook of a restaurant (seats about 20-24 but seats more outside when weather permits) but well worth a visit. Pasta is all fresh, tastes home made and is matched excellently to different sauces. Seconds are also well prepared and served - really enjoyed the Cinghiale alla Riparbellina as a second. Very amazing food and outstanding service. We came there with our little son. The service was so friendly with him and the food was very high class delivered and outstanding quality.
