Went there for the first time to pick up a too good to go bag,firstly the staff were very ignorant and quite rude ,there were two people ahead in line from me also picking up a too good to go bag and they had a wide variety of tavolo caldo and pastries and it was abt 2 full bags per person ,but when it was my turn there was still plenty of food and variety but they only gave me a small tray of some sort of spinach roll things ,the original value of the surprise bag was supposed to be 15 euros and discounted to 5 euros but I doubt what I got was even 2~ 3 euros . I don't know if this was because I was a different race or they were just being rude to me because I was a teenager but I was still being nice and the staff didn't greet me or even look at me ,also hygiene wise they were handling food with their bare hands ,even if they washed their hands it still doesn't mean its ok not to wear gloves or at least use a tissue to grab the food ,especially when working in a place where they serve food ,i will never recommend this place to anyone ,and I probably will not be...

Good desserts, bad coffee and absolutely disgusting service. Disgusting and unpleasant guy. I don't think I've ever been to a worse establishment.

I have already written one review and unfortunately I have to respond to their very strange reaction. First of all, when we arrived, no one answered our greeting, the staff frowned, did not respond to questions and shoved the food into our hands on a napkin. They did not inform us at all that the cafe was unstaffed! The same thing happened the day before - so it was not a one-time issue. I love how they question my IQ from a very honest review I gave them, as a professional business they should maybe apologize to their customers for having bad experience at their bar ,also the eve of Aug 15 doesn't have anything to do with the too good to go bags as it doesn't mean they don't have to work that day ,it was their choice to work and I didn't force them to give out surprise bags , as of whatever you want to say about my IQ I would like to question yours as I don't know how a business like yours is still operating.
