I’m really sorry, but it was close to terrible. We were sat for 2 hours before we got our food. After 30 minutes we asked for the menus ourselves. Then we waited another half hour for us to ask the waiters if we could order. They then told us to wait a minute, which was fine I guess, but then after some time again we asked another waiter, if we could order, where they again told us to wait a bit. They then came to take our order. They were smiling at us, but the waiting time was absurd. We then waited another hour for us to ask about our food, which they then told us, that it would be out in 5 minutes. 5 minutes went by, and we were about to leave when they finally came out with our food. It was okay, but it might just be our personal taste. We ate in a total of 7 minutes, paid and went out the door. We are really sorry, but it was way below our expectations, and we hope, that you take some feedback from this, at maybe do better. Also important to add, that they said it was busy, when there only were a few tables, and even some of the tables that came and ordered after us got their food before us. We understand, that it’s a family owned business, but again, we were disappointed. Plus points for allowing our...

Read moreOne of the worst experiences I have had eating in Italy. Ok it was Feb. but the restaurant, whilst completely empty, was open. The sourest faced woman I have seen owning a restaurant sat glaring at us whilst she ate at one of the tables. The elderly chef shuffled his way out if the kitchen and offered us a couple of dishes, a minestrone soup and some pasta. We only had an hour to eat so were glad when a small amount of luke warm soup arrived relatively quickly....then it all went wrong. The elderly chef continuously took time to make expresso's for any local who dropped in and after 40 minutes, when we knew we had to leave for an appointment, my wife went to see if the main course might arrive soon, - only to find the shuffling chef with a mountain of pasta dough, still making the pasta. We had to leave, but not before sourfaced owner insisted we pay eu39 for the meal we only partly received. Won't...
